Wholesaling in Washington

Hello! I’d like to begin wholesaling. I’ve been studying up but where I’m feeling lost is estimating repairs, I don’t want to mess up there!

Can anyone recommend a good audio book? I’d like to read the bigger pockets book on this subject but I didn’t see it in audio format and I do a lot of studying on my drive to work.

Also can anyone recommend a good education course? I know I can learn here for free but I don’t mind paying for education and feel like I won’t miss as much info if it’s all bundled up for me.

Thank you!
