Wholesaling property with Squatters
Has anyone dealt with squatters in properties that they have under contract? I currently have a property at a good price the only problem is that there are squatters in the property and they have been in the property for 4 years. The owner is fed up after attempting to get them out and that's where I have came into play. Any suggestions?
