How to find properties not listed on MLS?
Hello everyone?
What are your strategies or advice on findings homes outside of the MLS? My realtor does a good job sending me lists within my criteria and showing the ones I ask to see. We have a good understanding. But, how do I find deals outside of this, I feel like I'm only seeing part of the picture.
