Driving for dollars

Good morning BP family, I'm going to start driving for dollars and wanted some suggestions for being effective. I'm new to this so any info is helpful. Also, is there a way to acquire a neighborhood map of a city? I'm working in Philadelphia.

The app will provide owners name and phone numbers and even email addresses (and a bunch of other useful data).
