Need help tracking referrals from bird dogs
I was wondering what some of you have done to protect your bird dogs and make sure that they get credit for their referrals. I was thinking of having the bird dog leave a voicemail or send an email of the property before the bird dog has the seller gives me a call. Also, of course, asking the seller who referred them to cross check.
What do you guys do?
