Best Place to have Postcards Made?

Question

I've been in manufactured housing investing for many years now.  I've built a list of target properties that I want to send postcards to, about 700 of them.  I plan to send a postcard to this list every 6-8 weeks.

My question is, where is the best place to generate these postcards if you have such a list?  I've not done this before so other than a blind google search I have no idea.  I'd much rather hear a testimonial from a customer here than just pick one off the internet.

We have them for .45 cents which are two color on yellow 90 pound stock and are in two color. The variable data is red ink.

You will pay about a nickle less for 1 color at click2mail.com however ours comes with the verbiage.

Either way get them in the mail...

For years i've used overnightprints.com and you may be able to search and search for someone that is a little less, but I really have been happy with what they do. 
Michael, above, does the yellow letters, which, I've never tried, but I understand the response is great!
Something you need to determine is whether it's worth paying additional to the company for the actual mailing and fees, or if you want to get the bulk mail permit yourself. 
I have a bulk mail permit and just put the labels on myself, or pay some illegal child a few cents to do it, then send them back out to wash my car. 
Then, I take the trays of brochures or postcards to the bulk mail center and pay them the postage fees of .23 or so per piece. 
The bulk mail permit will cost about $350, then a renewal of $190 or so a year.

I have used postcardmania and my cost per was .33 delivered. Two sided color postcards. They will also help with design and layout. That pricing might have come down for me due to volume, I printed and mailed 5,000 a time through them.
