Was wondering if anyone knew of such an 'Accountability' system for new wholesalers?

Basically a good wholesaling program that lays out task in a day by day process to follow to get your business going and in the green?

Thanks!

Richard,
I have a wholesaler for years, and the accountability and system is pretty freaking simple. Make offers, make more offers, and make some more!
So many gurus will tell you to build your buyers list first, in my opinion, that is a waste of time. If you spend your time getting good deals, the buyers will come.
I recently dug up a great deal in my neck of the woods for a great price. I did not advertise it at all on craigslist, in newspapers, or with a sign. I simply put a 60 business day assignable contract on the property, and simply by word of mouth sold it for a $15,000 profit within just a few days.
With that said, all I spend my days doing, is looking for deals and making offers.
The best piece of advice I can give you, is never ever ever look at a property without making some sort of offer on it. Good luck!!
