Hello everyone, I’m looking to get into real estate wholesaling and I already have general knowledge on the topic. What is the most effective way to find homes to wholesale for free or very low cost?

I’ve heard about buying the absentee lists on list source but it’s literally $300+ for a good list in the area I want to wholesale in. I’ve also heard of driving for dollars which seems to be the best option so far but is it anything else out there ?
