Simultaneous closing in California
About 6 months ago I was working with a couple of investors who do short sales. I remember them saying something about not being able to do a simultaneous. Is that a California thing? Or maybe a short sale thing? Now that I'm wanting to wholesale I’m worried about if this is something I’m going to have to worry about and if I will need to us a transactional funder or assign everything.
