Wholesale from a wholesaler?
I’m looking at a property that is 11.5k and a couple house down the road sold for 165k and another one for 135k I think it would be a good deal but I’m new to wholesaling and I was talking to the seller and he said his friend is a wholesaler that is selling the house because he has too much on his plate. He said his friend just doesn’t care. Is this legit?
