closing the deal
Ok,bp family I may on my to locking up my first deal.but now am at a cross road I promised to close in 2wks on an assignment deal,what happens if I can't hold up on my part of the deal.what if don't/can't close in 2weeks.help stat!!! What's the worst that can happen
