preforeclosure vs absentee owners...best list?
I am thinking of doing a direct mail campaign but can't decide which would yield better results for wholesaling. Preforeclosures seem to be more complicated and I believe most of these don't have much equity , which why they are in foreclosure to beging with. Absentee may be better but not sure . What do you guys think?
