How to get offers accepted?

Question

I’m cold calling and mailing vacant, per-foreclosure, absentee owner properties. The company I hired to cold call is giving me 2 leads a day but they aren’t wholesale friendly. They’re in perfect condition. And the homeowners want market value for their property. These are vacant and pre-foreclosures. They aren’t budging on my offers.

How do I get my offers accepted?

And is there a way to filter them to-get owners that are desperate?

@Adam Hollandsworth Also you may want to re-evaluate the lead list you are giving your cold callers. It sounds like these leads arent very promising.

@Adam Hollandsworth A couple suggestions, 1. The company youve hired is sending you BS leads so you will keep paying them. 2. You need a MUCH better screening process. Your cold callers should be asking what they want to sell their homes for($$) , why they are interested in selling, how soon they are looking to sell etc—to discern levels of motivation. Sellers who arent motivated are a waste of your time. Put them on a drip campaign and move on.

You shouldnt be making offers over the phone unless its absolutely necessary.
