Quick deed to sell lot
I have a owner who wants to sell the lot the he attached to his property. Both properties had separate parcel numbers .
Until owner attached the lot .
My question is . How will I (the wholesaler) go about making sure i get paid ? Do i still use a PA and have the seller sign it stating what lot property we are purchasing along with the legal Description and then assign the contract over to the investor ?
