Wholesaling Business Card

I am trying to figure out what to put on my business cards. Should I have separate cards for sellers and investors? Can I just say Real Estate Investments? Or wholesaling? Or I buy houses for cash? Or all of the above?

@Katy Poulton I would say what you are.... I wouldnt say that you buy houses cash unless you are buying houses with cash.

I would also be careful how its worded as to not have people assume you are a licenced agent or broker.
