@Ernest Lopez do your own DD. Always. Never make your decisions off another’s packet. Gather all the data and confirm the info. There will be pressure from every side. But never rush the decision. make sure it’s a deal.

Most credible wholesalers do require a non refundable deposit in SA. But everything is negotiable.
