Quick Question - Mobile Home On Residential Lot???
Hey BP,
I have a lot for sale, and I have a buyer who wants to park a mobile home on the lot. Is this legal? I've done some google searches and found nothing. All feedback welcome.

You will also have to see if there are any binding deed restrictions, HOA rules, municipal codes, or state regulations. If it's in the county and not in the city you will need to check any Harris County restrictions. The County Commissioner should be able to help you out with that.
