Hello peers I’ve recently got into Wholesaling and wanted to know if any experienced bodies could give me some good tips?

Don't ever LIE to the seller or buyer.  This runs counter to some of the wholesalers here but if you bring me a deal and lie, that will be the last conversation we'll have.  

As others have said get educated and realize, lack of knowledge and ability to perform can have serious negative affects on families.
