can you guys please reccomend the best books on wholesaleing?

Hello Stephen!  First of all, wholesaling is not the way to start out unless you can lie, withhold information, and can handle back-stabbing by more experienced crooks.  I have not read any wholesaling books but I would recommend anything on BP.com/books that Brandon Turner furnishes.  It's a good sign that you want to learn about something before you do it.  Aside the last recommendation I would focus on financial investing and networking at local clubs or events.  Also, focus on being tech savvy.  Good luck to you!

@Stephen Benson - there's one book I can recommend and I believe the name is "Quick turn" or something like that. It's by Ron LeGrand. I've been told by people who've met him that he's a d*ck, but as far as books go, that's a good one. Note: I'm not a wholesaler, however I appreciated reading it.

Forget books!

They all got it wrong.

UNLESS they tell you to walk up to the seller and tell them flat out with stinky garlic bread.. "Yo mami, I will not buy your house but I want you to sign my contract anyways so I can make money too".. they are doing it wrong. They will tell you to hide, lie, do what ever it takes to get the fee.

So don't.

I get pretty much all my contracts signed telling them I have no intention to buy their house.

And want to guess what hapens when in the rare case the contract doesn't sell?

We get a kick ass review out of it.

This is when you KNOW we are doing it the right way!
