Not to long ago I was in the process of joining the marines corps to be an infantryman until a relative of mines introduced me to RE wholesaling and at first i didn’t pay it no attention until I started to do my own research and now I’m obsessed with RE overall... fast forward to about two weeks later and I built relationships with several buyers, got contracts all typed up and printed out just in case and found several GREAT investment properties for investors the only thing that’s giving me problems is finding out who actually owns the property, the houses look like nobody has been living there for years, I heard several different ways that you’ll be able to reach out to the owner like direct mailing, asking neighbors, using your county tax assessor and etc but what I want to do is actually talk face to face with the owner and I can’t seem to do so because I cannot get in contact with the actual owners any advice or tips

Young sweet new wholesale blood.

Let me enjoy it now because sooner than later that sweet new blood will turn sour when you REALLY start to dive into wholesaling muuuhahahaha

So.. not to bring you down... tooo much...

You say:

"the only thing that’s giving me problems is finding out who actually owns the property,"

Bless your lil heart.

Finding out who owns the property is relatively (super) easy.

The hard part is getting contracts accepted... (that and getting a continuous stream of motivated seller leads... unless you are me of course). Getting people to sell you their house at a seriously discounted value ... THAT is the hard part.

I am telling you this so you don't get discouraged and prematurely turn that sweet new blood into a sour back goo of misserableness lesness..  nesslessness... miserablesnessnsess  WHAT EVER!

Keep in mind my lil green one. Never give up, never surrender.. 1 grand whom ever gets to guess what movie that is from!
