Help with motivated seller!
I will be meeting with a very motivated seller in a few days and I wanted to know if any body could tell me if I will need a letter of authorization. I also would like to know which contracts to use with my end buyer who is taking over the existing payments and lastly what is a resaonable fee to charge my buyer?
