For those of you making it happen, what do you spend 80% of your time doing, and what's the 20% of what you're doing that's getting you 80% of your results?

I am no wholesaler, however, I'd like to add my two cents. I would spend 80% of my time working on marketing and lead generation. Be it SEO, direct mail, cold calling etc. or all of the above. If you can get a great, deal investors will definitely be willing to talk business. I would spend the rest of my time networking or researching my target market. Attending REIA meetings is a great place to start. These present great networking and learning opportunities.

Good Luck!
