New to Wholesaling - need help
I've learned a little about wholesaling over the past week and now ready to dive into it. I read in one of the discussions that Georgia requires you to have a closing attorney instead of doing business with a friendly investment title company. Do anyone have names to a few good closing attorneys that handles wholesaling contracts in Gwinnett County, Ga?
