building your buyers list

Hi,

Who else do you want to include in your buyers list besides rehabbers, since you can also wholesale properties that are not in distressed condition.

What other types of real estate investors do you want to find for your buyers list, and how can you get in contact with them?

Thanks!

Other than rehabbers, you can certainly build a buyers list of buy and hold landlords, you can also build land buyers, commcerial property buyers, and other income producing properties like mobile home parks, stoarge units, etc.

Lastly, you can also build a list of note buyers.

Building the lists are the easy part, knowing where and how to get the right deals is where the wholesaler makes his/her money.
