What are some ways that I can hire people who somewhat know about real estate to take pictures of homes while I (the whole seller) is across the country?

Try contracting "Bird Dogs".  Find people who want to earn some extra green.  Tell them exactly what you're looking for (properties, situations, locations, etc.) and have them go out looking for them.  Offer them $500 for each property that you end up purchasing.
