Hi everybody I was wondering do anybody ever do wholesale deal by using Zillow or truila and calling for sale by owners about their properties once you see you can help get it sold to one of your buyers and also help the homeowner out ?

@Jamil Mitchell usually for sale by owners are the worst leads. Typically those people are too cheap (or too experienced) to pay a realtor to sell their home. They are more than likely wanting retail pricing for their property. So they are much less likely to want to work with a wholesaler who wants to buy their property at a significant discount.
