Preforeclosure list strategy
Hello BP,
I am new and just bought a preforeclosure list, but I am beginning to feel like it was a mistake. To start I would like to wholesale some properties to get my feet wet and learn. But reading through some forum post I noticed people saying if the property has an auction sale date it is to late to wholesale. What type of list can I get with information on the property before it has a auction date?
