Need quick advice.

I’m workin on my first deal ever! And I found a motivated seller on Craigslist who is lookin to sell his property really quick. The seller is wanting $109,500 however after contacting him, he’s yet to send me the exact location so I can run comps to see what the house is worth. Any ideas on what the next steps should be!

@Mark Anthony Alvear Jr if it’s on Craigslist probably another wholesaler. If they don’t give you the location in the ad, almost guarantee it’s another wholesaler
