These homes can be wholesaled too, right?

Can homes still be wholesaled if the the home is listed on those for sale by owner sites where the the picture of the homes have the FSBO website address in the picture of the home? I saw a home I want to wholesale, but it is listed on owners.com. How can I wholesale this home when the buyers will see it is not an original lead I found on my own? This means they will easily see where the home came from seeing it has the FSBO address plastered on the picture of the home. It seems like it would be difficult to buy and resell the house at a higher price when people can go to the website and see the original lower sell price.

Antonio, are you saying that another investor already has the property under contract with the owner and is trying to sell it, and you want to go directly to the homeowner and write a contract with them? If this is the case it is not only unethical it is a tort and you could be sued for "interference with a contract"

If you are asking "can I get an assignment from the investor and reassign it at a higher price?" Yes that can be done. However that gets more complicated and you better understand the agreements you are signing.

If the current owner is an "investment company" as you say, just buy it from them. Most properties I have dealt with have been owned and sold through my company.
