How to get on buyers list
I have been investing in buy and hold rentals over the past year or so and am now looking to get into the flipping business by buying houses for cash. How do I get on the buyers list that wholesalers use so that I get notified of new deals anytime they have one? I have reached out to a couple of them after I looked at postings and requested them to add me to their list but is there a way to get on a bulk list that several wholesalers have access to?
