As a leader in the wholesale game we would love to hear investor’s opinions about which avenue is more advantageous. Buy and Holds or Flips. We match properties up with investors to add to their portfolio but would like to hear which method is preferred.

What is tastier an apple or an orange?

Completely different niches.

Up to the investor. Some investors rather flip, other rather wholesale.

I personally believe the best scenario is what we do...

We get our own leads, and a ton of them, and we pick whether we will wholesale, flip or buy and hold, based on the lead. You have the least amount of stress, make the most money the fastest way.
