"Solid" Wholesaler Leads

Hi all,

Which companies/avenues do you use to obtain leads for wholesaling? I'm using the term "solid" loosely and realize the challenges in wholesaling, but I'm wondering if you've had success with certain lead generation comoanies. Interested in learning about Absentee Owners, Divorce and tax liens.

I appreciate your guidance and advice so THANK YOU in advance.
