Wholesalers dead leads
I am wondering how feasible it is for a wholesaler to give up their leads that have no equity for a split of the revenue earned. Strictly looking for feedback, not offering services or deals.

@Todd Primmer I think its not feasible for a wholesaler to expect a portion of equity on a deal that they passed on. I think a finders fee in appropriate but thats about it. If you have a lead that you cannot turn into a deal but someone else can then you dont really deserve any equity split.
There is a guy in my market who does mostly sub-2 deals. He will pay wholesalers a finders fee for the leads they have where the deal wouldnt work as a wholesale deal. He is then able to turn that deal into a profitable sub 2 and seller finance (wrap). Wholesaler earned nothing more than a finders fee. Thats just my opinion.
