First time with wholesales
Hi everybody , I'm very new to this,and I only made one investment ever and it was with cash through hud and i rehabed it and now use it as a rental .but i do have common knowlege of wholesaling and i understand the whole closing process but what i need is info on hard money lenders and is it possiable to use hud homes and i also have a seller who has a property in il from a family member who passed this will be my first thats why i need hard money lenders and also a pof can someone walk me through this
