10 duplex in Indianapolis for $490K

You guys, i'm working on this deal right now and i having trouble deciding what i should do.....
I don't know if this is a good deal or Not...my concern is the area, i'm in WA state so i have no clue how it is in Indianapolis..here are some of the address..

847 W. 29th St., Indianapolis

I'm in Indy khang and this does not sound like a deal. The 3 you mentioned are bad hoods full of 10k houses. Run.
