Does anyone know how to get up to date lists from listsource?

I purchased a absentee owners list from listsourse but everyone i contact sold their property a year ago how do i get an up to date list?

My advice is to go to your county to get the list. It's updated weekly sometimes daily.

I was going to purchase a list, but at the time the minimum was more than I could handle, so I was going to mail to them slowly over a year.  Then that very concern hit me.  I ended up getting a license for ReboGateway.  It has it's limitations, but I'm working with fairly new data all of the time.  When I spoke to them, they said that some of their feeds are updated weekly, which made me realize of course that some wasn't.  But still, I feel like they're pretty accurate.  I've cross checked a few properties at the county website and the data seemed accurate.

If you do go with them, call them.  Do not just sign up online.  You'll get a better deal.  I purchased 14 counties for the price of like 2 or 3.  Part of that was that they didn't have certain feeds for some of those counties.  But still, I have a lot of data to work with.

Thanks chris i sent a family member to my county and they sent her back saying they dont give list.she also said they have signs saying they do not give out list.
