If anyone has pulled a vacant land list from list source or any other places and has a criteria of what to put in list source pm me or post underneath!

@Taryk Baylor DataTree Avoid ListSource. They’re stupid expensive.

I'm a newbie trying to learn. When I try to pull a list of vacant land absentee owner leads from listsource I get a return of "0" hits whenever I enter any equity percentage or equity dollar amount as a criteria when also entering vacant land as the property type criteria. this happens in multiple states and does not happen with SFR as the property type criteria. Anybody have an explanation why? am i doing something wrong here?

We have done well with the Absentee Owners, with 40% of equity or more. When we cross reference this data, it seems to give us a lot of landlords/owners who have the ability to accept a wholesale offer.
