Hello, i have watch plenty of YouTube videos, also purchase a couple course off Udemy on sale for about $10. I’m pretty much familiar about what’s going on an have study a lot about it. I’m only like 2-3 months in. An I’m hook an love what I’m seeing. Which book or course would you recommend about real estate wholesale etc. for a newbie that would help me an push me to go get the 1st deal. Thanks y’all

Not a Real Estate book, but How to Win Friends and Influence People is priceless in teaching interpersonal skills that are critical to making good deals happen.

I bought two books today, both published by BP, both available at Barnes & Noble without special order: ** How to Invest in Real Estate — The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Getting Started by Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner ** The Book on Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor by Amanda Han and Matthew McFarland I'll let you know how they are when I'm done! A lot of the books people have suggested in this thread were in the Business section at Barnes & Noble. Best of luck!

Except for the classics - Think and Grow Rich, Richest Man in Babylon, Rich Dad / Poor Dad, and the like - most books are out of date by the time they get into print. Before you go get your first deal without getting educated first, listen to some BP podcasts and listen the hosts talk about how much money they lost on their first deals thru not knowing better. Brandon Turner would be one suggestion.
