Hello, i have watch plenty of YouTube videos, also purchase a couple course off Udemy on sale for about $10. I’m pretty much familiar about what’s going on an have study a lot about it. I’m only like 2-3 months in. An I’m hook an love what I’m seeing. Which book or course would you recommend about real estate wholesale etc. for a newbie that would help me an push me to go get the 1st deal. Thanks y’all
I felt like this book wasn't written well, but it's stuffed with good info about creating deals with zero down. We learned and applied a lot of his technigues to more deals, so recommend it. Structuring Zero Down Deals: Real Estate Investing with No Down Payment or Bank Qualifying, by Joe Crump.
@Johnnie Hawkins the Rich Dad book is good, but a little over rated. It seems to be touted as the best REI book around and I just don't agree. For me, How to Win Friends and Influence People is more valuable
@Johnnie Hawkins as some have said, check out The Millionaire Real Estate Investor. The philosophies in that book are very similar to the BiggerPockets methodology condensed into one book. Aside from that any of the books by BiggerPockets publishing are great.
Sounds like you have read #1 and it made you question a lot of things, as it has done for me and many others. Also sounds like you are ready to read #2 and start taking some action.
