I start wholesaling this week...Tips
I enter the Real Estate market this week, I have mentors, and I did my research. I now could comfortably say that I know how to find the ARV the repair value and the formulas, however, I can't say I'm comfortable with Negotiating, organizing spreadsheets and overall having a team. I'm confident but I still need tips so I don't make these mistakes. I'm very young...help?
