I am going to send out yellow postcards to a list of absentee owners in my area. Just wondering how I should word my letter? I want to buy their homes...

I have found that this generates a lot of response:

"Dear [FIRST NAME],

I want to buy your house at [ADDRESS].

Please call me @ [PHONE NUMBER].

Thanks, and I look forward to hearing from you,
[YOUR FIRST NAME]"
