New wholesaler in Philadelphia

New to BP, wholesaling/investing and need to breakout my fear and comfort zone...

I attended East Wyoming REI meeting, Than Merril seminar and purchased a webinar but still haven't managed to make my first deal.

I’m looking for meetups  in the Philadelphia / upper Darby area for wholesaling.

Any suggestions?
