Call them and make sure you can buy for your area. They say they only allow so many list buyers per county. Check to see how many leads they had during last quarter for your area/target. Like all marketing, it's about testing. So if you can afford it, I say go for it. You'll still have to have a message that reaches the right target though. Happy marketing!
