Newbie needs some advice.
Hi, I'm located in Atlanta Metro Area and wanted to ask if anybody has ever heard of wholesale flipping larger more expensive move in ready REO's or FSBO's $400k or better. If possible, I would assume that I would have to do a double close A-B, B-C with transactional funding or sell and entity as a exit strategy. Do you think its worth trying?
