Do I need Title Insurance

Hello all! I have a brief question. 

When purchasing a home with cash, is it still recommended to get title insurance?

Also, what all costs are involved besides closing costs?

Don't purchase any real estate without a title policy, too many things can go wrong and that is a lot of money at stake typically. Cash or loans, doesn't matter, get insured.
