Locating Homeowners Number
Any advice on locating phone numbers for homeowners? I am new to wholesaling and I am currently using local code enforcement lists as well as driving for dollars to locate potentials leads in my area. Using the list I have been able to locate the home owner's name and their mailing address but am having issues locating a phone number. I have tried whitepages.com but in order to obtain a phone number you must pay $20 monthly. Has anyone used the service and found it to be beneficial? Is there another way I should attempt locating numbers?
