Real estate wholesaling and title companies

Albert Vasquez
Posted

I’ve already called at least 10 title companies in my area and it seems none of them are familiar with real estate wholesaling. I’ve asked them questions like “ are you familiar with assignment of contract ”? “Are you investor friendly”? And of course “do you work with real estate wholesalers”? Any feed back helps thanks

What market are you in? Here in DFW, there are hundreds of title companies that work with creative real estate. Capital Title is a larger company with many offices, most of which have at least one escrow officer who will work with assignments. Talk to other wholesalers and cash buyers in your area.
