Understanding wholesaling agreements
I have 3 contracts for getting homes under contract for wholesaling and I need to understand them. The first one is real estate purchase and sale agreement. Second one is Agreement to assign contract for sale and purchase and the third is option agreement for purchase of real estate property. Please help !
