Quick question i need some insight , how did you turn your wholesaling business in a constant income? or do you still just hunt for deal after deal like when your first started? if you do have residule income from wholesaling how long did it take you to build this?

Oh please Jon, let's not encourage newbies to be gurus, but I'm sure you're right, LOL.

Kyle, I doubt 50k will get you in a dollar store, that doesn't touch the inventory. A tire shop? Do you know the tire business? 50k may work getting you in a shop if you find a distressed sale of a gas station or similar shop. BTW, there is a used tire shop here, they go around getting take offs from dealers and other new tire sales, buying them and selling. He does pretty well.

Not knowing anything about you, education, experience, goals, abilities, etc. can't really say. You can make rather quick money in RE, you could save it and could invest it. If so, a job helps.
