A newbie to wholesale in NJ

Hello BP community. Just joined BiggerPockets and happy to be here. I’d like to start learning wholesale strategy to dive in to the real estate investment world. Is wholesaling still lucrative in 2020 especially in NJ, PA, CT area or over saturated already? All responses will be highly appreciated. Best.
